| OXY-FUEL / GAS VALVE TRAINS AND MIXERS
ACI-Canefco offers a variety of Valve trains systems either equipment
mounted of free standing on multi or single racks. The trains can include
either Electro-mechanical or Electro-pneumatic control valves or mixtures
of both types.
Trains are offered for a variety of fuels ranging from Oxygen, Natural Gas,
Coke Oven Gas, Propane or inert gasses such as Argon or Nitrogen. Trains can
include pre-mounted / pre-wired terminal boxes or full panels housing system
controls, all in one package. |

PROCESS CONTROL PANELS & INSTRUMENTATION
ACI-Canefco supplies a variety of complete control packages for Ladle/Tundish
heaters, Mine Ventilation Air heaters, Process air heaters and Fuel Valve trains.
Control panels include the starter gear for the Combustion Air Blowers and in
the case of Ladle / Tundish heaters, can include switch gear for the Hydraulic
or Electro-Mechanical cover lifting drive motors or Hydraulic Pumps.
Apart from the Temperature Control and Flame Control relays, the Control Panels
include necessary ancillary control relays and pilot indicating lamps for meaningful
operation of the heater systems. These often include system interlocks for tie-in
to the customers PLC control system or car drive mechanism. |

Included
with some valve trains the Control panels may contain special requirements
such as CO monitors.
